Field sales - You are required to sell their service to businesses within you specified area. Most businessess have a need for this service. This is an account management role as well as new business. You must have B2B experience, be target driven and hungry to earn. You must have a proven background.
KPI's
6 calls a day - appointed 10 cold calls a day, 60% quote call ratio, 40% conversation to quote ratio, £600 - £800 per order value
This is a company where you will be well rewarded, They have annual incentives to such places as Rio de janeiro (2007) Cape Town (2008)which are 5* all expenses paid trips for the top 20 sales people and there partners. The also have mini incentives that run throughout the year.
