Regional SCS Solutions Configuration & Integration
My client provides world class supply chain solutions for large and medium-size national and multinational companies across the globe.
The Role
Responsible to provide systems solution design and project management for complex, regional and global customer implementations where customer volumes are between 2K to 50K teus. Responsible to manage coordination of SCS systems implementations across regions, including operations and IS&S teams in global implementation. IS&S Budgetary responsibility for these projects will range from 100k USD and upto 1M USD for projects which are global and involve multiple regions. Ability to influence and manage key resources in a global matrix structure to ensure delivery of project objectives and customer needs
Key Accoutabilities
1 Program Management & Business Analysis – High Level Functional Requirements – responsible to determine high level functional requirements for the systems services, constraints and goals established from a functional perspective using as input business process flows and consultation with business users and direct customer.
Ensuring projects across and in region are managed according to time, cost and quality targets and milestones.
Example customer implementations would include Multiple EDI integrations, customer volumes from 2K TEUS to 50K TEUS, involving origin and destination operations teams from two regions.. Please refer to Microsoft, Carrefour and Spotlight projects that were implemented in 2009 and 2010 by SCS IS&S. Project Budgetary responsibility for these projects will range from 100k USD and potentially upto 1M USD
2 Responsible for management of critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, and risk through all phases of the systems life cycle in regional and global projects. Matrix Management and co-ordination of suppliers and internal supply resources (infrastructure) to ensure appropriate delivery of services to individual project and operational needs.
3 Responsible for coordinating activities of project team, identifying appropriate project resource needs, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Must be familiar with project’s scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team operating in a global and regional matrix structure.
4 Responsible for support for Asia Pacific business team with final phases of customer pursuits by participating in systems demonstrations and customer presentations

6 Assist regional and Global BD team with RFQ responses
7 Support and Drive product Development for key IS&S solutions supporting the Ocean + (Key Critical Play 2010) product, working with the Global Matrix Supply teams to assess how the preferred solutions can be included in the Matrix Solutions Portfolio.
Education & Qualifications Prince Certified / PMI Accredited /preferred but not essential - Computer Science Degree
Experience 5 yrs + Logistics Industry / 7 yrs plus project/program management

The Role: National Account Executive
Responsible for the conversion, maintenance and growth of allocated, in the main large/multi site, customer base, the NAE is required to work to a target of £12-15k new business per month, accumulative, through generating new business or expanding existing customers.
An NAE will be targeted to 12.5 appointments each week, of which 65% should be dedicated to new/growth business. This is based on three days on road and two days in the office.
You should possess a proven background with excellent new business skill.
